Everything from delivery to operation was great little taken a back by the amount of work needed to install. With all the different pieces that need to be cut and fitted. If you’re ordering for a specific model bike, it should come preset for you. All you should have to do is Attach it to the throttle.

Thank you for your review and feedback! We would love to be able to set up each ATLAS so that it arrives for you with the correct friction pad set up and ready to go, however this is unfortunately not possible due to the logistics of having each and every order customized by hand, and also because two models of the same motorcycle may not have the same grips (or even different spacing between the grips on two bikes of the same model with the same grips in many cases!), and therefore may necessitate different friction pads being used. A #2 friction pad may fit your bike, but another bike of the exact same year/model/grips may need a #3, for example, depending on the tolerances from factory. If we could set up each ATLAS kit so all yu have to do is pop it on, we certainly would! Thanks again for your review and feedback, and happy riding!
I installed the top mount throttle lock and am beyond pleased with it from ease of install to performance and beyond. Atlas has a great product that works as advertised…Throttle lock holds throttle in position solidly, so much that use in traffic can be sketchy if not released quickly. Will buy this setup for all my machines that don’t have electronic cruise from the factory!

Took me a little while to get it set exactly how I like it but now that’s it’s set up it’s great works perfect.
I love these throttle locks. I learned about them through Adventure Rider Radio and it’s everything they describe. Easy to install, high quality, and easy to use. I had one on a KTM 1190 and the sticker that created friction came loose. I emailed the company and quickly got a response. Turns out they upgraded to a different adjustable part and it works better than before. I liked it so much I got a second throttle lock for my sport touring bike.
I give the Atlas a solid 5 star rating it is easy to install and works great.It holds the speed very well and is easy to cut off quickly if need be.I ride almost every day and use it even on short runs.Thanks for a great product !!
The upgraded hardware pack is definitely worth putting on. My original Atlas lock was always dropping speed fairly quickly. Couldn’t get the old pressure pad to maintain the speed. New updated pad definitely holds much better. Would recommend getting if you have the old original style.
The atlas doesn’t stay where I lock it. It slips so I have to adjust it the whole time. But it does work good enough so I can shake out my hand to get rid of the numbness that I get from carpal tunnel.

The product seems to be good. Your directions that came with the throttle lock SUCK. If it hadn’t been for the Utube video, I would have sent it back.
At first I thought this is over priced but ordered it anyway, to my surprise worth every penny, Great Product highly recommend.
I originally purchased the throttle lot for my Yamaha 1300 deluxe. I moved from two wheels to three wheels and I know use this device on my Can-Am F3. Spoke with the guys at Atlas and they advised some upgrades in terms of pads and the application works fine and I could not be happier. This is a solid solution.
Works exactly as described on my 2024 Ninja 650. Saves my throttle hand from cramping on long rides.

Swapping my throttle lock to its third bike, and it’s time for a little refresh.
I like the new grip pads way better than the old sticky ones. New screw and new grip pad made my throttle lock like new again.
The installation is easy and the ease of use is nice. Sometimes just being able to give you hand a break is nice, and being able to adjust the throttle even when locked is a huge safety plus in my book.
This Atlas throttle lock is the best accessory I added to my bike, I wish I would have bought it sooner.
A year ago I bought a touring bike with a VERY heavy throttle spring, and no cruise control. Love the bike but the wrist fatigue and pain was about to be a deal breaker if I could not find a solution. I couldn't go 100 miles without pain. Got the Atlas throttle lock recently, a week before a bike trip. Josh was very helpful with install tips. Just got back from my 2000 mile trip, and the Atlas performed perfectly. Locked the throttle down while cruising at highways speeds and gave my wrist all the rest it needed. It allows for speed adjustment while engaged, and is a very easy on-easy off system to engage and disengage, Couldn't be happier!
I ride a Honda Rebel 500 and do a couple of long road trips a year. Anyone who does that much highway riding with only manual throttle control knows the issue. The Atlas Throttle Lock makes all the difference. It’s beautifully engineered and easy to install. Way to go Atlas guys.
